What We Do
We offer training to upskill emerging and established leaders, and deliver corporate/crisis communications strategies to promote and protect your business
Leadership Communications Training
Helping leaders be seen as leaders
Your most important stakeholders look to business leaders for vision and trust. Their ability to project confidence and articulate their message can be reassuring, motivating and influential at critical times.
We help accelerate the ability of any leader to change minds and influence decisions, regardless of level or title.
We equip them to take advantage of key business opportunties and handle the most challenging situations: interacting with employees and customers, presenting to investors and boards, engaging with journalists, negotiating with prospective business partners, etc..
We offer customized individual, group and/or virtual sessions -- Leadership Communications, Presentations Skills, Media/Crisis Comms Training and more.
We can help.
Crisis and Reputation Management
Protecting organizational and brand reputations
Nowhere is an organization's business and reputation more at risk than in a crisis situation, where a tardy or tone-deaf response can impact a stock price or damage a brand. Regardless of the industry, we employ a fundamental approach that protects organizations, executives and brands.
It ideally starts with helping companies proactively develop a crisis communications plan before the inevitable trouble happens. But if you don't have a plan in place, we can engage with urgency, when social media is blowing up, reporters are clamouring for comment and employees are looking for answers.
We can help.
Corporate Positioning and Brand Awareness
Leveraging communications as a strategic business lever
Is your organization evolving, expanding or launching new services? Do people know what you offer, what you stand for? Communications is a strategic business lever that can be integrated with your marketing efforts. It can also generate awareness and credibility in places where earned influence is best. We help articulate your value proposition and points of differentiation to reach your most important audiences -- from media and social influencers to customers, employees and investors. Why should a potential customer choose your brand over the competition? We can help.

The Story Behind 'Rosedale Strategy Group'
What's in a name? It's not a rose, but close.
'Rosedale' is an east-end Hamilton neighbourhood, an eclectic mix of working-class homes, a railroad line and a championship golf course. It's a community where people put down roots, worked hard, took pride in their homes, raised kids to pull their weight and shoveled each other's snow. It's where founder David Morelli grew up. The character traits he learned there are the values he has built his career on – integrity (say what you mean and mean what you say), the importance of relationships and pride in your work. It's what his colleagues and clients have come to know and value.
'Strategy' is our core competency, with accompanying senior level counsel. We are passionate advocates for its role in your organization -- communications strategy should be a purposeful business tool, not an afterthought.
And we operate as a 'Group,' with a network of specialists and extended support to scale up where and when necessary.
